SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed once we received your payment notification via email, orders are then shipped within 7-10 working days. The amount of days are also dependent upon the quantity ordered and the time of year your order was placed. January is a very busy time of year which means there might be a slight delay.
The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The Provider will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided. All orders require a daytime address where someone can sign for the parcel on delivery.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not accept any returns of customized products unless a printing or spelling error where made by STIKIT.
Please double check spelling before submitting your order.
You may cancel your order at any point before payment is made. Cancellations need to be submitted via email to orders@stikit.co.za. Once payment has been made, we are unable to cancel orders.
